Looks like KAWS has a lot cool projects in the works for the rest of the year. Above is a photo that was posted on his blog last week of the extra large sculpture he’s crafting for the “Passing Through” exhibit Harbour City, Hong Hong at one of the largest shopping malls in the entire city. We’re very excited to see the finished product as KAWS rarely disappoints.

Legendary pop-artist and RSVP favorite Takashi Murakami has collaborated with Britney Spears for the latest cover of POP Magazine. The photo’s, which were taken by Todd Cole and directed by Murakami, depict Britney Speaks in a beauty pagent-esque outfit with an added stylistic twist. Check out a couple more photos below.

The folks at illRoots caught up with Lupe Fiasco while on set for his lookbook video shoot with RSVP Gallery a few weeks ago. For the Spring/Summer run of merchandise, Lupe decided to stick with a simplistic theme that focused more around iconic imagery than complex design.
