GLO Paris Pop-Up Sweepstakes Rules

OFFICIAL RULES (“Rules”) for the No RSVP Required Paris Pop Up Sweepstakes Sponsored by RSVP Gallery, LLC

BY ENTERING THE NO RSVP REQUIRED PARIS POP UP SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE RULES. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE RULES.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The No RSVP Required Paris Pop Up Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who: (a) attend the RSVP Required Paris Pop Up Event (the “Paris Event”) in person being held at 71 Rue Charlot, 75003 Paris on June 26, 2025 and (b) submit an in-person entry form available only at the Paris Event. To enter, you must accept these rules and agree to receive email communications from RSVP Gallery.

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who attend the Paris Event in person and submit an entry form with a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter and, if older, at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. Employees of Citizens of Humanity or RSVP Gallery, or any of their affiliates, or persons residing in their households are not eligible to enter.

Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent that you meet the above eligibility requirements. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that you will be signed up to receive communications, newsletters and marketing and promotional materials by email from RSVP Gallery. You agree to accept the decisions of RSVP Gallery, LLC, as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Entry Period: Sweepstakes entries will be accepted in person at the Paris Event on June 26, 2025 from 12 noon until at 8 PM (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be submitted in person at the Paris Event. Entries may be submitted by use of the internet at the Paris Event, and RSVP Gallery is not responsible for interruption of internet service or other malfunctions that prevent an entry from being timely received. The computer system that hosts RSVP Gallery’s website is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry in person at the Paris Event using the form provided at the Paris Event. To enter, you must submit an entry in the form made available at the Paris Event and provide your first and last name and a valid email address and agree: (a) to be bound by these Rules and (b) that RSVP Gallery may send you communications, newsletters and marketing and promotional materials to the email address provided.

The entry must meet all requirements of these Rules to be eligible to win. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified in the sole discretion of RSVP Gallery, LLC. You may only enter one time and you must provide all information and consents requested. Additional entries will not be accepted or acknowledged.

Prize: One prize will be awarded with an approximate retail value of $200 (USD). The prize consists of one pair of limited edition RSVP Sneakers (the “Prize”), available in men’s sizes only.  Not all sizes are available and the winner must choose from available sizes at the time the Prize is awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and must be picked up from the Paris Event location by appointment after being awarded. The Prize cannot be returned or substituted. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. You are not guaranteed to win and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. The actual / appraised value of the prize may differ at time of award. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. 

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes Prize will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of RSVP Gallery on or about June 26, 2025. The winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes. RSVP Gallery, LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to a selected winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a selected winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, or if the selected winner is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 72 hours from the time award notification is sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, that Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. The winner is responsible for all taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use.

As a condition to claiming a Prize, a winner must execute and return an affidavit and release confirming that the winner is eligible under and agrees to these Rules, and releasing RSVP Gallery, LLC from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance or use of the Prize. Additional proof of eligibility may be required. The winner agrees to furnish RSVP Gallery, LLC with and/or execute any additional documents requested in connection with the awarding of the Prize. 

Consent to Receive Email Communications: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to receive communications, newsletters and marketing and promotional materials by email from RSVP Gallery, LLC. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email communication.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless RSVP Gallery, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. The released claims include without limitation: (a) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (b) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (c) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. You agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
