Please allow extra time during peak weekends/holidays. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. We ship to P.O. Boxes for orders $75 or less, higher amounts will be shipped via FedEx. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.

Direct signature is required with every purchase. Upon delivery, signature confirmation is required when the delivery is in acceptance. Signature requirements are the same for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground US Shipments. If no one is present to sign at the address, fedex will reattempt.
All packages are insured during the time of transit. We require a signature for any goods delivered to surrender responsibility to you for your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns must be authorized by email, email@example.com. RSVP Gallery does not offer refunds once you have received your order. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or a store credit. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All sales are final on all footwear and sale items.
All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping for returns/exchanges on undamaged items and if the customer rejects a package they are responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns, including but not limited to jewelry and eye wear. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. RSVP Gallery reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. If a customs charge is refused by the customer and RSVP Gallery is responsible for the shipping of the product back, the charge will come out of the customers refund.
Orders can be cancelled within a 24 hour window from ordering and a full refund less a 15% restocking fee will be issued after the cancellation. Refunds will not be issued to customers requesting order cancellations after the 24hour window. All requested cancellations will result in a 15% restocking fee without exception.
