RSVP Gallery does not offer refunds. Returns for exchanges must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns, including but not limited to jewelry and eyewear. All footwear items are final sale. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. RSVP Gallery reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. In the event a package is returned by FedEx, your payment will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
